I'm getting huge. Not too much longer and the little guy will be here!

Organizing the Room

Tonight I decided it was about time to start organizing all the stuff we've gotten so far in preparation for Baby Killi. I think we've got a pretty good start to a wardrobe for the little guy.

While I was organizing the room, Mike decided to put together the walker. It'll be awhile before we get to use it, but we were too excited to leave it in the box.

I can see movement on the outside!

In the last couple of days, I've started to be able to see the baby moving on the outside of my belly. Of course he always does it when Mike isn't around so he's been missing it. I noticed that when he moves around I can usually see my belly move about 5 times before he gets comfy. So the other day at work, I decided to try to record it on my phone so I could share it. I was only able to get his last move, but at least I got something! Watch the left side of the screen at about 8 seconds and you'll get to see him kick me!

Nursery

Two weekends ago we painted the baby's room. We still need to put his name above the crib, a rug, and transfer our baby pics into the frames on the wall. Progress nonetheless.

It's confirmed...we are having a BOY!!!

Today we had an ultrasound and the technician (although, she was kind of mean), confirmed that we are having a boy. After much pleading, $5, and a VHS tape we were able to get some video of the little guy. If you watch all the way to the end, you can see him start gulping in some water.

Once we got home I was really excited to finally open up the bedding. I finally got it all together. It was quite the process!

20 Week Belly Picture

I feel like I'm getting bigger everyday so I figured it was time I start taking some pictures so I can can compare. I'm pretty sure I'm going to feel a lot bigger than this before it's all over!

Nursery Furniture

Today we bought some nursery furniture. I know it's pretty early, but it was a great sale that we just couldn't pass up.

3rd Ultrasound

Ultrasound # 2

This time we got some video on Mike's cell phone. It's sideways, but you can still see the little bean. It doubled in size since the last visit. The baby is now 2 cm.

Today we had our first ultrasound. We could see flicker of light which was the heart beat. It was so cool.


IT Staffing

PREGNANT!!!

Tonight we went out to dinner at Benihana with some of our friends. They thought we were just getting together on an ordinary Friday night. Little did they know we were celebrating that I'm pregnant!
